The weather in the Panhandle has been great, even heading into the winter off-season. Catches have been coming in almost as steadily as the peak of Summer – one of the best times to fish the Destin area.
The FAD fishing (Fish Aggregating Devices), offshore of Destin, has been one of THE places to be if looking for some really nice fish and productivity – especially with the beautiful weather. Pelagics have begun to run our offshore waters including some blackfin tuna.
The Bay fishing is really beginning to pick up and is sure to get even better in the next couple of weeks with some really nice redfish on the move near shore and in the Bay. So, if targeting these great gamefish is on your list, now’s the time to get them dialed in!
